I have just placed an order, how long will it take for it to be sent?

If my order was placed before 2pm (except Saturday or Sunday) it will be sent the same day. If I placed my order after 2pm, it will be sent the next day.

How long do I have to wait for the delivery of my order?
Our delivery times may vary. Once your order has been confirmed, please allow 1 to 3 days for processing depending on the delivery method you have chosen.
The shipping email includes your link and tracking number, Colissimo for Metropolitan France, and DHL for international deliveries, including French Overseas Departments and Territories.
I have the choice between several modes of delivery:
  • Express in 24 hours (example: I place my order on Wednesday at 12 noon and I will receive my package on Thursday).
  • Standard in 48 hours (example: I place my order on Wednesday at 12 noon and I will receive my package on Friday during the day).
  • Relay parcel in 72 hours (example: I place my order on Wednesday at 12 noon and I will receive my parcel on Saturday).
My delivery address is too long, what can I do?

Delivery addresses longer than 35 characters are not supported by our logistics partners. If your address is too long, please use abbreviations (av: avenue, bld: boulevard, mal: maréchal, etc.) to shorten it. You can enter additional address details in the second box provided.

My package is in return sender, what can I do?

If your tracking number indicates that your package is in “return to sender”, it is possible that the address you provided when you placed your order is incorrect or incomplete. We then invite you to contact our customer service with your order number, your tracking number and your corrected or completed delivery address (the recipient must be the one whose last name is written on the mailbox) – we will then schedule a new shipment at your expense.

How do I place an order?

1. Fill your cart – Products and Coupons
By clicking on “Add to cart” you can select the products you wish to order. This will take you to your “Shopping Cart”, where you can update your selection at any time, changing quantities and adding or deleting products. Don’t forget to “Update Cart” before confirming.

2. Confirmation – Address and payment
If you already have an account, log in with your email and password. You can register as a new customer by checking the box at the bottom of the page. We will not share your information with a third party outside our organization unless it is necessary to respond to a request from you – for example, to ship your order. Then enter your billing address. It will be used by default as your delivery address. If you wish your order to be sent to a different address, tick the box reserved for this purpose, and enter your delivery address. You will then be able to select the payment method you wish to use.

3. Validate your order
Check that all the information you have provided is correct. Read and accept the terms and conditions before finalizing your order. Finally, valid by clicking on “Order”. Thank you for your order!

How do I use a promotional code?

You can add a coupon code by clicking on “Shopping Cart”, in which you will find details of the products you wish to purchase. You will find on this page a section to add the promotional code. Type the code in the field ” Promo code ” then click on ” Apply “. The total cost of your chosen products will be adjusted automatically.

Only one promotion code can be used per transaction. Once the order has been confirmed, you will not be able to change/apply the code.

I placed an order with a product on order, what does that mean?

When a product is “available on order” it means that the product is not immediately available. The order will therefore be sent within 10 days.

What means of payment do we accept? Are they secure?

You can pay online by Credit Card, Visa, Master Card and American Express.

We have entrusted the security of online payments to Payplug, a Fintech from Natixis Payments, a French company.

The secure payment tool uses the latest technology in terms of SSL data exchange protocol. Payplug is PCI DSS Certification, ACPR Accreditation and supported by the European Union in the “Horizon 2020 – SME Instrument” programme of the European Union under the grant number 666287.

When a payment is initiated on our website, the necessary checks are carried out.

Verification of the identity of the cardholder, CVC code, AAV details, 3D Secure, a credit card fraud protection program created by the international issuers Visa (Verified By Visa) and Mastercard (Mastercard Secure Code).

An article does not suit me, how can I do it?

I have the possibility to return the product that does not suit me within 14 days after receipt of the order, in order to request a refund* or to recommend the product of my choice with the size that suits me.
